Surviving the Day without Brooke!

Well, I know everyone has wanted to know how we are surviving the first week of Kindergarten with Brooke gone all day. We are managing pretty well. Logan wants a lot more attention now though, so we have to have a little play time during the day. He has been a little irritable after nap and after we pick up Brooke because when she comes home, she wants to go to her room and play with her Barbie's. This means she shuts her door and he screams because he just wants to play with his sister and she doesn't understand that concept. Yesterday was rough, so we now have the rule that we cannot close the bedroom doors during the day anymore. This is until she gets older and definitly needs her privacy as she says. She is loving school, but the long day hit her pretty hard yesterday morning. She woke up and just fussed about being sooooo tired. She said "I wish we had nap in Kindergarten" and those who know her well knows that doesn't sound like Brooke. She hasn't taken a nap since she was 2. She has grown up so much in this past week.
This was yesterday right after he woke up from nap time. I guess you will see more pictures of Logan since he is here all day. Hopefully, I won't do that.
Let's go get sissy!
I don't know where this look came from, but he is becoming famous for it. The lady at church in his class on Wednesday nights asked where he got that from. He thinks it is cute and of course it is right now, but give it another month or so and it won't be cute anymore!
These were all taken this morning while we were playing with our cars and trains in the kitchen. He loves to sit down in there and roll them back and forth.
Got them all lines up and ready to go!
There they go!
