Brooke's Baptism

This was a very special day in our home. We finally got to celebrate Brooke's decision with her Baptism this morning. We were very fortunate for most of the family being able to make it up. I am so sorry, I did not get any pictures with our family or with Nana & Papa with the kids. I should not have been in charge of the camera! I believe some other's got some though, I will just have to get copies.

We celebrated with a small cookout Saturday night with the family and some friends came over. Brooke was so excited this morning when she woke up. I was pleasantly surprised by how calm she was...I think I was more nervous than her. I forgot to pray for myself this morning, just prayed she would be calm and God answered.

When Mr. Keith was going over their instructions, she chose to go first. She wanted to do it again when we were getting dressed. I think it was because she was freezing and the water was so warm for her. LOL! We could not be prouder for her and was so glad that so many family and friends were able to join us in the celebration. I pray she always lets God lead her heart!
