On Sunday, we got up and went to the beach early that morning. It was absolutely beautiful there. I have never been to the East Coast beach when it was so pretty. The water was perfect, you could see your feet to the bottom, the water was pretty calm and just rolling waves, not really crashing. Logan was not so sure of anything at the beach. He sat on my lap most of the time or Grandma's lap for me to get in the water. He did not care to put his hands in the sand or feet. Papa John did finally get him out in the water right before leaving. Brooke loves the sand no matter what and she finally got out in the water with us too. She would rather play in the waves on the shore though.
Logan has one foot in the bucket with water and one foot in the toy fish with water. Such a city boy!

This was that night, we had everyone over for hot wings (Papa John makes the best hot wings) and Logan was just laying on Papa John letting him kiss him. He was about to go to sleep. We did get to go back to the beach on Friday, but I don't have the pictures back yet. Logan was a different person on Friday. He and Papa John had a sand fight and he was covered from head to toe in sand and loved it. The waves were a little rougher on Friday, so I did not take him out in it, but Brooke did one time.
