Last Day of Pre-School )-:

This was by far the saddest day of my life so far! The last day of Pre-School for Brooke, then off to Kindergarten. She is all excited again, before registration she was a little scared, but she told me that she knew Jesus would be with her so she would try not to be scared. The kids all had such a fun day today as you will be able to see!
Last picture in Pre-K
They first had a Freedom Day parade through all the halls, singing "We love the USA!" They had the kids to all make a patriotic hat to wear and they tie-dyed a t-shirt for it. Brooke did not want to wear a hat, so I made the Statue of Liberty crown for her - you can see the points sticking up in the picture.
Last round coming through!
Now, time for the real fun in the sun! All the mommy's lathering them up with sunscreen.
This was all of the 4 year olds on this side of the school. The other ages were on the other side. There are 3 classes of 4 year olds this year.
Jump right in!
We thought we wanted to slip -n- slide, but maybe not!
Logan just hung out. He never tried to get in the water, even though he had his Nemo swimsuite on. He just keeps saying "Nemo"!
Brady, Clay, Sara, and Brooke
I wonder what they could all be talking about?
Just doing some splashing!
There were a couple of sprinklers on this side.
I'm all wet!
Where are you going Logan?
His friend Caty Beth was playing too, he looked like he was following her.
We all got a kick out of seeing the girls all laying out in the sun! Brooke is on the white towel to the left. She was cold from the water and had a bathing suit full of sand.
Our class had a pizza party, the other classes had an ice cream party.
The water fun is all over, back in the room to get the gifts. They made a scrapbook for the parents again this year, just showing some of the main events throughout the year and each child got a bucket full of goodies!
I caught Logan grabbing out of someone's bucket. He kept taking things out of several buckets. What a handful!
Brooke hugging her teacher Mrs. Erika! Mrs. Terri was not able to be there because her oldest daughter graduated from high school this morning. Mrs. Erika had everyone crying, she was such a sweet and loving teacher to all!
Mikaela, Sara, and Brooke
Last hug from some of her friends. She will still get to see Sara at church though, which is good. There are only a few from her class that she will get to see at church and only one that will be at her new school next year out of 16. That is the only bad thing around here, there are so many school's, that you have to practically live next door to someone to be in the same school. We will miss a lot of her friends! What a wonderful year!
